I first contacted Nicole back in Jan of 2024, actually just by goggling mortgage broker near me. My friend needed a mortgage and she had no credit rating or at least not a good one.
Nicole was able to get it done. House closed 2 months later.
Fast forward to this summer. Same friend contacted me. (You see last spring when her mortgage was up for renewal she went with another company)
Now this summer when again it’s up for renewal they wanted a co-signer plus an array of other things. So again I contacted Nicole. One text is all it took. Within about 3 weeks she had again helped my friend out again. And guess what. No co-signer needed.
If you need a miracle once or in my case twice. Please contact Nicole!!!!
